When we start counting

days

Anything older than this stops counting. The old system counted forever, so a two-year-old mistake weighed the same as yesterday’s.

points

Add up the weights inside the window. This catches the spread — one no-show, one ghosting and one bad score trips no single limit, and that person is still worse than somebody with three lates.

Who gets told

Everyone who should know is switched on — one person relaying to five is how things get missed. Anybody can switch off what they do not want. Alerts reach them through UNICOR, where they already work.

Somebody lost standing. Pay may change, and it needs a conversation.
Hit a limit on one thing
Three call-outs, two no-shows — the repeat of a single behaviour.
Too much, across the board
No single limit hit, but the total is a pattern.
