The reasons in the Call Out dropdown
The kind decides which message gets written — Illness sends the get-well message, Bereavement the condolences, Operational the documents request, Generic the plain follow-up. Untick in use to hide a reason without losing it.
⚠️ These starting labels are placeholders. The old system keeps its list in its live database, not in its code, so the real wording could not be copied. Correct them here.
